Shipping and Payment
Our standard delivery service is second class packet or letter post using the Royal Mail 48 service, delivery will be within 3-5 working days.
Delivery is free for minimum purchases of £25.00. For any orders below that £3.50 is applied to your order.
Next Day Delivery (next working day)
Option 1: You can choose for Royal Mail First Class deliveries to receive your product within one to three working days for only £4.20 and free for orders over £40.00 (no tracking, no signature).
Option 2: Next Day parcel delivery is provided by our nominated carrier UPS at a cost of £8.95 per order (incl. VAT), excluding deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Islands.
A tracking number will be provided by the carrier and a signature on receipt will be required for all shipments sent Next Day delivery.
For Next Day Delivery orders must be received prior to 11:00 am but exclude the following products: art and craft,embossing seal presses, pre-inked stamps, name badges, signs, nameplates,, personalised mugs, coasters, pet tags, wine boxes- these products need a few days to be scheduled for manufacture – Next Day/Carrier (tracked) delivery can be provided after manufacture and picking has been completed.
Any orders over £150 value (incl. VAT) will be sent out on a Next Day Delivery basis.
Saturday deliveries (add £8) or guaranteed AM deliveries (add £3) can be arranged at an additional charge, so please contact us on tel. no.01234 480368: (during normal office hours) prior to placing your order (product exclusions as above apply)
Next Day Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Islands can be provided by our nominated carrier (UPS) at a cost of £9.95 per order (incl. VAT).
What are the order deadlines for next day delivery?
If we receive your confirmed order before 11:00 am your custom stamp(s) will be manufactured and shipped the same day. This service only applies to Trodat self-inking rubber stamps and excludes personalised mugs, badges, nameplates, art and craft, embossing seal presses, pre-inked stamps, signs, coasters, pet tags and wine boxes.
Delivery of your order will be dependent on the service selected, generally 24 to 48 hours after despatch. We cannot guarantee any deliveries will be made on a Saturday or Sunday.
Orders placed after 11:00 am on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be treated as if received on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Where do you deliver?
In mainland UK (incl. Northern Ireland) and all BFPO. Deliveries to Channel Islands, IOM, Shetlands, Outer Hebrides etc will be undertaken however no delivery times can be guaranteed. Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland can be undertaken at additional cost. Deliveries to other countries are not possible at this time.
When do I pay for my order?
You can choose to pay by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard) or by Paypal or direct bank transfer(SOFORT Banking).
Do you ship to PO Boxes and Military BFPO addresses?
Yes, we do deliver to either PO Boxes and or BFPO addresses, or to hotels.
Where can I track the status of my order?
The day that your order is delivered to the carrier, we will send you an email to confirm shipping. For all tracked and signed for delivery services paid for, in this message you will find a link that will allow you to track the shipment of your package. (Please note that in principle the status of the delivery is available from 18:00 on the day of shipping).
What happens if my order does not arrive?
If you, the client, has not received your order within 10 working days, please get in contact with Stamps4u at this time. Failure to do so within the 10 working day period will result in a chargeable remake, where a remake is necessary.
