Bright neon stamp pad ink, makes for ideal decoration on celebratory arts & crafts; or for eye catching displays.
Water based, the ink produces a fluorescent effect even on white paper, strengthened under UV light.
Corresponding to EN/71/3, it can be used as a children toy ink as well (children 3 years or over). Perfect for nursery use, birthday parties and for personalised invitations; it is easily applied by hand. Also suitable for loyalty stamping, or for stamp entry; where the ink becomes easily apparent in dark areas under UV light. For use with traditional office, Premium, Unipad III and metal stamp pads.
